Hey hey hey. What's good this week awesome people? I hope you had an awesome week. So I want to release something out. In the past few months I have heard several of my clients said that Scrum does not work and ask me to fix it. What's interesting is, these companies do not even have a Scrum Team but only feature factories hence not Scrum. So in today's vlog I want to share with you something that I have been doing in the past three weeks. I have asked people on LinkedIn what are the indicators that an organisation actually have a feature factory. Today's vlog is rather different than my other vlogs, it contains the collective intelligence of other Scrum practitioners.
