Worldwide public cloud services spending will more than double by 2023, according to IDC. Increasingly, workloads that are critical to businesses live in the public cloud. According to the Global Data Protection Index findings from March 2020, 63 percent of IT decision makers said that their organization does not have a separate contract with its cloud service providers for protection of all workloads.
