Owen is based in New Zealand and has been a tech leader for more than a decade and for 6 years was a chief architect at Xero.

His tech expertise and strategic oversight is helping CTOs and senior leadership teams around the world to achieve growth within a software engineering heavy company.

He also shares our passion that effective leadership and people management are the core skills required to become high impact tech leaders.  His focus is to help customers foster a workplace of trust and autonomy that empowers high performance teams.
