Abstract/Description

When will it be done!? It doesn’t matter whether it’s a complex, multi-national product rollout or a simple localized app. We like to have a sense of predictability, quality and adaptability in our efforts. How do we keep everyone from the stakeholders to the team on the same page with the outcomes we are hoping to achieve, the ways we expect to get there and timelines we can expect to see results in? How do we keep plans from being formed in a vacuum, allow for data informed decision-making, and ensure we can quickly adjust priorities when it becomes obvious of the need? The CLEAR method to Agile roadmap development is a greatly simplified 5 step approach developed by Robert Woods which ensures our Product Leadership and their supporting teams are focused in the right areas while constructing a roadmap that allows for rapid and flexible delivery of valuable business outcomes. Attendees will be provided with real examples of agile roadmap failures, what we’ve learned from it, and introduced to the five focus areas of the CLEAR approach. We will demonstrate real life examples of a CLEAR method roadmap and the outcomes they can expect to achieve by utilizing the CLEAR focus areas. Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers and Organizational Leadership…this is a must have skillset for your position.
