Azure AD Premium 1 vs Okta for SSO


Trying to decide between these two to perform non-Microsoft SSO and while I'd like to keep everything under a single pain of glass, $5/user while not much, adds up quickly with a large amount of users, and when you're already paying for half a dozen other products that are all between $5-20/user. I find a lot of people like Azure AD P1, and a lot like Okta, but the common complaint against Okta, even by people that like the solution more than AD P1, is the cost.

Hello, I am looking for another option on how I can change the default RDP port on our Azure VM aside from using Load Balancer. I follow this instruction very carefully ( [link] ) however, after I've applied everything I can't seems to connect to the VM via RDP. I did setup another VM on the same Virtual Network and I was able to RDP using the private IP and the new port 5605 which I've set on the listening port. Any idea what could have been wrong why I can't RDP directly using the external IP
