Wilmington, Delaware — Planbox’s strategic partnership with Tech For Good will strengthen the ability to operate non-profit, public-facing open innovation capabilities for all companies and organizations interested in advancing their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda in relation to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Together, the two partners bring their unrivaled expertise in helping global corporations, organizations, not-for-profits, charities, philanthropists, and any entity that wants to play a role in addressing some of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges, to develop solutions that strategically align with their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities.
With the help of Planbox’s open innovation platform and 20,000+ strong expert solver network, the partnership will bring together global minds to solve challenges across all 17 SDGs, while managing the process end-to-end for any Tech For Good member organization. The challenges will be public-facing with globally distributed outcomes available to all.
The Sustainable Development Goals range in scope and size from ending hunger, to reducing inequalities, to fighting climate change. This past year, Tech For Good successfully closed its first-ever global challenge through its custom-built open innovation portal. Titled “Clean Energy Reimagined,” the challenge addressed SDG 7, “Affordable and Clean Energy,” which aims to ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy for all.
