Office 365 Public Folders. Mailboxes and Folders size question

Spiceworks

Hello dear friends, The company I work with is using Office 365 and I have enabled public folders for the non-users email addresses (accounts@ operations@ technical@ etc.) The reason for that is that most users were previously well acquainted with the PF workflow , the readunread status per user is maintained, and most important, only one specific user whom we trust is allowed to delete mails. These important features obviously cannot be achieved with Shared Mailboxes.
