Distractions happen. Things come out of nowhere that require your attention. It’s how you deal with them that makes all the difference.

Because of (a few very important) distractions, I did not take time to write a new article for the blog. However, I found a great post by Michael Hurley that examines what he calls “squirrel moments.” So my distraction is your gain; check out Squirrel Moments and Leadership Communication on Michael’s blog.


The Product Management Perspective: Product management is notorious for “squirrel moments” of all sorts. Given the number of people you have to deal with from within and outside the organization, distractions seem to be a normal part of the game; but they take a toll on productivity.
