It’s tough, even with people we love. “Sure, I trust you to be faithful, but do I trust you’ll remember to pick up the dry cleaning?” Even small actions can build or diminish trust over time. Defining the behaviors that breed trust can go a long way in encouraging more of the good stuff on teams.
