Change readiness. What does that mean? For the longest time, I avoided using that term because it felt like a chicken-or-egg kind of situation. If people were fully “ready” for change, then they would’ve already changed. And you can’t measure readiness before introducing change, because the mere act of measuring would in fact introduce change.

Choosing love, then, is not something that should be restricted to personal or romantic matters.

Multi-tenant architecture allows software vendors to realize tremendous efficiencies by maintaining a single application stack instead of separate database instances while meeting data privacy needs. When you use a data warehouse to power your multi-tenant analytics, the proper approach is vital. Multi-tenant analytics is NOT the primary use case with traditional data warehouses, causing data security challenges.
