Cristian enjoys reading, exercising, playing video games, and meditating, outside work. Cristian likes to live his life as best as he can, trying to follow the idea that you don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do to you.
Cristian’s Favorite Part of the Job
Cristian enjoys the investigation and problem-solving process that each project brings. Uncovering new insights and solutions is a fulfilling part of his role. Cristian’s favorite project was his first project because he got to hone in his skills as an SAP Developer by investigating and learning the e-commerce way.
Why Perficient
Cristian took this role because it was an opportunity for him to learn something new and be in a city that he’s never been to. He has stayed with Perficient because he enjoys being challenged with the different projects that are brought to him.
Work-Life Balance
Another thing that Cristian enjoys about Perficient is the work-life balance. Cristian starts each day by planning out his tasks. This allows him to prioritize spending time with family, friends, and hobbies. Cristian has come to understand the importance of balancing work and personal life. Over the years he has realized that dedicating time for friends and family not only helps prevent burnouts but also leads to increased productivity at work.
