A preview of Confluent Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) allows you to test out providing secure authorization to resources without having to assign individual privileges to each and every user. This includes not just Kafka, but also Connect, KSQL, Schema Registry, and so on, and it requires a new way of thinking about authorization.
