The achievement of current goals and objectives free up the time & create the resources to move on to bigger and better things…Trying to do too many things at once will impede progress, dilute effort & energy, add to chaos and lead to burn-out. Bottom line…success equals focus. I Think Not.

A mouse running on a mousewheel can perfect their stride and reduce the amount of energy it takes to get "moving." " If the goal is to get somewhere the mouse is efficiently ineffective. I can use a hand grenade to kill a mosquito. It ain't efficient but it sure is effective. I Think Not.

What we’re experiencing today is too much form over substance – leaders lacking in foundation, but replete with social/political savvy. Positive Attitude : To the one, the best leaders I’ve ever known all smile, listen, engage, have a positive outlook, and have a high energy level. I Think Not.

If opposing views are worth the time and energy to debate, then they are worth a legitimate effort to gain alignment on perspective and resolution on position. I believe leaders need to recognize this point to avoid allowing one individual to take away too much energy from the broader team. Thank you for sharing Mike! I Think Not.
