Made in Tandem has been named a 2024 SIIA CODiE Award finalist in the Best Human Capital or Talent Management Solution category.
Tandem’s nomination specifically recognizes the work done to modernize MIRS, the MEPCOM (Military Entrance Processing Command) Integrated Resource System, a software system used to track U.S. military applicants during their enlistment process. After conducting a live product demonstration for the category judges, Made in Tandem was selected as a finalist among hundreds of nominations.
The SIIA CODiE Awards, the long-running, premier awards program for the software and information industries are produced by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software, education, media and digital content industries. The CODiEs are the industry’s only peer-recognized awards program, and are widely recognized as the “Oscars of the technology industry.”
