Abstract/Description

In this talk, I will tell why I consider that inclusion of diversity is a chemical X that has unexpected benefits in different areas such as design teams, design thinking processes for the creation of products or services, and even in organizations. An essential part of the content addresses information about extreme users, who they are, and why considering them in design thinking processes helps solve problems for most users. The solutions designed for them have great potential for innovation and differentiation. I will give some examples of revolutionary inventions throughout history that have been created to solve the need for a person with different abilities, and I will mention some tips to approach extreme users in discovery processes.
