Abstract/Description

An epiphany of an XP developer at an Open Space Conference resulted in discovering a whole new way of working and sparked a movement. Tired of dark/flaccid/zombie/corporate Agile, endless meetings, and only lip service to autonomy, he and his team found a way to put the self-organization back into Agile and the host organization.

FaST is shared for two reasons – primarily to inspire more Agile chefs to go experiment on how to escape the best practices that no longer serve us. Secondly, it offers an out-of-the-box method to fast-track your own experiment and then iterate from it. FaST is created by a dev for devs – in and for the age of disruption. Come and join this one guy dancing.
