Be worried about the propriety of any decision — raise the question of whether such action as is contemplated lies within the jurisdiction of the group or whether it might conflict with the policy of some higher echelon. On October 20, 2023, Okta Security identified adversarial activity that used a stolen credential to gain access to the company’s support case management system. Once inside the system, the hacker gained access to files uploaded by Okta customers using valid session tokens from recent support cases.
