Cant send mail to Office 365

Spiceworks

I have O365 set up. I have accepted M/S recommendation and allowed them to manage DNS. I have removed old MX record from my existing DNS records and added the M/S name server enteries. This partially works - it receives from some email accounts but not all. If I send a mail to one of the O365 accounts from a gmail account it bounces back to the gmail sender with this error: 550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail-vs1-f48.google.com
