I have read Microsoft discuss that people who use Server Essentials could use Microsoft 365 Business instead. Here is my issue. Doctor's Surgery, 5 computers, 10 staff on rotating shifts. As an example, Staff member A logs into Computer 1 on day one, Staff Member B logs onto Computer 1 on day 2. Staff Member 1 logs onto Computer 3 on day 3 and so on.
