After Google’s cooperation with T-Systems and the “ Delos ” offer from Microsoft, SAP, and Arvato, AWS now follows suit. The dictionary defines this as a “solemn promise” – which would reasonably beg the question: isn’t this an admission that there is little sovereignty in the offering today? Otherwise, why would it be a pledge?
