I did a presentation recently for a graduate class from The Founder Institute around getting online/mobile products out the door. I LOVED it because, the presenting part was over quickly and we got into specific issues that the founders had in terms of getting things built. Given my history on this blog, I never thought I’d write anything positive about anything to do with the Washington Redskins. After all, one of the most widely read posts I’ve ever written was one back in 2009 called Learning What Not to Do from the Leadership of the Washington Redskins. Hierarchy Structure researched the leadership teams of both companies to create the infographic shown below. In the Hierarchy of Facebook vs. Google infographic, you can see that Google has about twice as many women in top-level leadership positions than Facebook.
